Sorry to hear you are having problems with your password.
This is a common problem but we have yet to find an incorrect password.
The main problems include incorectly entering the wrong password.
Please remember that usernames and passwords are case sensitive meaning that “a” is not the same as “A”
When entering your password please make sure you don`t have your “Caps Lock” on, on your keyboard.
(try copying and pasting the username and password from the email but make sure you don`t copy any spaces before or after as this will cause it to fail)
Also check at the login screen make sure you select the correct category.
Another problem is there are two login boxes, one for dreamwater.com and one for 1freespace.com, make sure you select the correct one.
